Stupid bodybuilder

Does anyone else ever get the stereotypes that body builders are stupid? In high school I started lifting, and once I started to get built, I had heard a few comments about being stupid. I just want to say Dude I am way bigger than you so you best keep your comments to yourself or I will squash you like a bug. I am not stupid and many lifters are rather intelligent thank you very much.

Ignore it and live your own life. The world is filled with stupid people. Live for yourself.

'Cos I'm stronger than the female neighbour's, me being female, they tend to do "jokes" around violence...things like "I wouldn't want to get an uppercut from you"...I just ignore them and carry on with what I'm up to.

Other conversations turn to everyone using steroids but mostly because many people have never heard of such a thing as a natural lifter/bodybuilder.

I am not ripped yet but one day I will ignore them. Or maybe rip the face off one of them, lol. Don't mess with me.

Thump them and then ignore them, lol.

Reporter "Hey Doug, what's it like to be all brawn and no brains?!"

Doug "I don't know. What is it like to be neither?!"

BOSH!

Yes. People also say powerlifters are dumb...... "I lift things up and put them down"

Whatever, I don't much care what other people think.

Kinda funny. Layne Norton = Big, strong, Phd, Staley= older, but strong, at least a Master Degree, Emmeka = Big, Strong, College degree, Our own Steve (BTB)= Big, Strong and graduated High school. :D (sorry, Steve, I couldn't resist). I am sure we can all come up with some lifters who are brilliant. Stereotypes are just that, stereotypes, meant to be broken, so let's break them.
