Default Knee soreness

Lately I've had some soreness around my knees. This is right above the kneecap where the quads attach I guess. It's the kind of thing that sort of hurts a little when I stand after sitting and climbing stairs. Doesn't really bother me other than that. Thought it was from going too deep on squats so I started limiting that and it hasn't really helped. Anyone else get this?

Sounds like tendinitis.

I pick it up from time to time when I box squat. It usually signals that something is amiss with your form.

Any chance you can get a squat video from the front and side?

If you don't want to share it in public, PM me. Once we iron out a few squat issues we'll see how things go.

I get this same pain so if you don't mind making the tips public (if not the videos) I'd appreciate it.
