Default Ahh... heat

Anyone else like working out in the heat? As I work out in my garage I get to experience all the extremes i.e. high humidity, cold, etc. but there is just something about the heat, I like the feeling of accomplishment when I'm done, my t-shirt is soaked front and back and you can see puddles of sweat all around where I was working out, so much better than the trying to get my body to loosen up on cold days.

Yuck. No. I hate it. In fact, it pisses me off. Glad you like it though

I have too much Norse blood I'm me to enjoy heat. My body is always on the cusp of sweating a slight change and I break out in Niagara sized sweats.

I enjoy training in the heat also, just something about it. And I like the way my muscles loosen up.

It does really put me down afterwards. Zaps all the energy out of your body.

I loved exercising in the heat when I was young. Now I hate it. Anything above 60 degrees in the dungeon and I sweat like a ...well... a fat powerlifter.

I love working out in the heat. I do not like working in the heat. I love sweating too but yes it does zap all your energy afterwards. I haven't been worth a sh#t all day.

Nope, I hate the heat and the way sweat pours in to my eyes (I probably need a headband)...and I get heat-rash in winter temperatures which doesn't help.

Does not really bother me at all. I am only 17 so heat does not really take a huge toll on me yet. Ask me in a few years and I may have to say no.

I do not like training in the heat, but when it's hot, I always have a good session.
