I didn't peak or anything for this show... It was more for posing practice and stage pressence and presentation type stuff. Got to do a different carb load that I think worked out for me. I was 144.5lbs when I weighed in yesterday morning and had weighed in at 151lbs at the last show. My waist was significantly smaller (which is ideal) but with that came a little bit of size from my upper. Lower body was a little more separated... It felt awesome being on stage! I have exactly 22 weeks to turn this beast into a potential procard winner... and I can't wait

It's a little blurry. Recorded it kind of far away with a small handheld pic cam, not the best for video taping. also after holding still for so long my muscles started twitchin so sorry for the shakes.

Internal glow moves to and fro and from head to toe with you on stage for the show.

No only did you win this show, your heart contains the treasure chest and the triple crown from "Kicken' some Butt's" League, and for this, the life you have earned valuable lifetime rewards!

Great Job!

Peace and Happiness to you, and many, many more successes your way.
