how many of you check your facebook every day? I do. I must say at first I thought that it was just for younger people but really I just read an article and it stated that more and more older people are using facebook.

I'm on F/B every day. It a main way of people that arn't in and don't like the drama of forums to ask me Q's . That keeps me pretty busy.

I check mine several time per day. It's a good easy way to communicate with people you know. I've met(cyber met) alot of lifters on FB. Like Rich, I get alot of questions from people needing bench advice on FB. There is alot of humor on it to. Just don't take it to serious.
P.S. When I'm on this forum, I usually have FB open in another window.

I use it everyday, I have most off my family far away so its a good way to communicste and to be up-to-date on each others lifes by reading wallposts etc.
