I think they look good BF. I don't perform them often, but I can't seeing anything notable or unusual.

Thanks BtB. Looking to do them until I can hoist 2PPS over my head then focus on military press and BTNP. Glad to know I'm not doing anything to grossly endanger myself.

I've commented on quite a few videos, so it only be fair to throw my squat out there. Like to hear what you guys have to say in regards to technique issues and also possible weaknesses.

Looks good to me Pull. They were very fast descents, but I personally don't think that's a bad thing.

Good training music. I also enjoyed seeing the saw horses as a catch for the squats. I'll need to remember that for the next trainee who doesn't have a squat rack.

Form looks rock solid.

Thanks Fazc and BTB.

BTB, usually listen to classic rock to the likes of clearwater, etc. but Metallica is making a comeback. The sawhorses are awesome. For whatever reason I always preference stands over the rack... so those little guys do some work sans rack/bumpers. They're cheap and can handle a beating.

I like CCR. One of the first real raw power bands.

Good work. Two things:

1) Your hips keep creeping up a little more with each rep. Focus on sinking them to the maximal leverage point.
2) Explode that bar. It will help you lead with the head and move some iron.
