squat with 65kg, my knees start going slightly inwards and forwards with this weight. Should I squat less or are work sets like this fine?

I tried following the advice on my deadlift and start with higher hips, here with light weight:

Thanks!

What I see when watching Squats:
1. You tend to lean forward and tip towards your toes
- To fix this I find pushing your knees outwards so when you go to the whole you have a pocket
2. I wait till there i start moving before sticking my but out.

Lua, deadlift is looking really good! Personally, I'd face my head down even a little more to get that bend out of the spine, but that's very specific and if you feel comfortable with where you are you should be fine.

I'm going to leave your squat alone because you were already working with a couple people on that.

Default New squat videos!

Hey guys!

Did some new squat videos today. The form seems pretty decent to me, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Will be doing some Bench and Deathlift videos soon ;-)

Hope you have some good advice for me!
Would really appreciate it!

Hi Tomsen,

Upper back is very loose. Need to keep that tighter. Also, very high squats. I need to see front and back including feet to see what the cause is. Generally high squats are caused by keeping the knees in relative to your foot angle.

You need to drop between your knees instead of folding forward as much to hit depth.

Have any videos from the front and back where your foot position can be seen?

Posting a video that might help. Hang on for a sec while I upload it.

Default Thank's Steve!

Thank you Steve!

Will try that next time! Now I know again, why I post my form videos regularly :-)

Will also do some videos from the back or front.

Only one question, what can I do to solve the looseness of my lower back? Should i do more rows or pullups?

Best regards!

Default Low Box Squat

Hey guys!

Did two new Low Box Squat videos today. Had no time to set up the camera from the back, so rear view comes next time.

Tried to fix the problems from last time and added some extra upper back work to get the looseness under control.

Think my knees come a bit too much forward this time.

Hope you have some good advice again.
