How to perform Dumbbell Shrugs.


Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand at your side. Elevate your shoulders up as high as possible towards your ears, pause, and lower back to the starting position then repeat.

No offence, but without a Hexbar/Trapbar, a trainer will never experience their MAX capable loading and 100% ROM at the same time.

I want to see a guy do +50 kilos (per arm) dumbbell shrugs, with full ROM, and for high reps.
