Default Bulldozer Laterals

Bulldozer laterals are a movement I created because I dislike regular side laterals. They are more explosive, provide better leverages, allow you to use more weight and they provide a better feel and contraction.

Before each rep start with the dumbbell on the opposite leg, holding it into place. Release the dumbbell and explode it up, as if you were drawing a sword.
