Need to start a diet log here to, time to drop a few loosing weight is not my strong point so all help is welcomed.

Current weight 305
2/4/2014

And it begins.......

2 Scoops syntha 6 with water after workout at 9am

1 cup of rice with a few steamed carrots at 10 am

1.5 t bone steaks between 12 and 3 snacked on half putn1 in two tortillas with ketchup
1beefstick

Foot long wiener at 5

Another shake

Roast beef with carrots and potatoes

2049 calories

Day 2 2/5/2014

2 scoops syntha 6 with milk 4 scrambled eggs choc. Crunch rice cake with PB

2 cups coffe 70 cal of creamer 4 onion rings(oops) 1 footlong Weiner

Tortilla chips with humus cube steak

2613 Calories
