Quick update. Well some learnings really.

Lite coconut milk in coffee was gross.
Butter in coffee, actually pretty flipping good.
Olive oil makes everything better.
People think this protocol doesn't make sense.
I eat more green veggies than I used to.
Animal and dairy fat is awesome!
This diet is not terrible to follow, I think calories/macros need counted for good results which is pretty tedious.
I enjoy the foods I eat.
I am leaner than I was.

That statement hold so much truth! Hahaha...

I've always wanted to try carb-backloading. One of my buddies does something similar and I feel it has some sound science behind it. I'm just on a different mission.

In the book there are two protocols strength accumulation and density bulking. It may be your goal after all.

Forgot to mention light corn syrup gave me a wicked insulin spike.
White bread did ok
Dextrose gives a pretty good one.

Mark Bell talks about CN and cbl.
I'm wanting more and more to do carb night for a couple weeks.

Haha. What did I tell you
CN seems to be more well suited to your goals. Any chance you'd email me CN. I have CBL
