Sounds tasty, gonna have to try that today or tomorrow! Did you add the protein while cooking or once you took it off the stove?

After it was done. I let it cool for like 10 minutes, added whey then milk.

Yesterday I did better.
4223 calories
172 f
436 c
236 p

Could do slightly less fat lift days. I can tell I need a calorie deficit rest days for sure.

Back load food.
2 slices white bread
1/2 digiorno supreme pizza
Cadbury egg
protein rice
Everything bagel

Didn't wake up tight as yesterday. Looking to get a little recomp out of this diet, hope I'm on the right track.

Possible gluten intolerance? Maybe try a backload without gluten - I've pretty much cut it out and have had my best backloads. Also, what's the duration of your backloads? I've found 2.5-3.5 hours to be the sweet spot for me.

We'll see. Yup same time.

Went to dairy queen and had a med. Blizzard which ended up being 970 calories. Wtf?

This Morning 236 lbs.

Yesterday
4572c
205f
474c
240p

Not tight at all this morning. Not sure if dirty carbs or maybe gluten is to blame.

Back load
2 slice white bread
2 bananas
Bagel
Cake pop

Chicken legs and perogies
Med Georgia mud fudge blizzard

Lucky charms and milk

I thought perogis would be a bad choice but they are actually high GI. White flour pasta wrap around potato. Calories too high for my liking, too much fat in back load portion, but family had a little celebration at dairy queen. Tonight I will keep gluten to a minimum or cut out completely, and I have dextrose for my pwo so I'll test that out.

It's interesting that your post CBL days you weigh in heavier whereas I'm lightest after my CBL days. Any idea why this might be the case?

Wish I knew. Its discouraging to keep weighing more when I'm not supposed to.

You might want to cut your carbs down a touch. That chart in the back of the book is not always a great guide to base off of. I know I was at around 350g a bl and it was money for me. I am also a little larger than you, so you might want to cut a few carbs out and see how that works for you.
