Lol - I think the average person has a hard time understanding the difference between dropping weight and dropping fat.

This diet really seems to prove that "calorie is in fact, NOT just a calorie"

How are you feeling the day on ULC days, after a CBL day?

I'll answer later today.

Morning weight 233.8

Yesterdays calories/ back load
3814
129 f
444 c
209 p

2 slice white bread, protein rice (pb milk and wpc) bagel, Choco taco, lucky charms

Not happy at all with food yesterday. Taco bar at work so I ate from that instead of my carefully planned food I brought. My estimation put me at low protein, and too many carbs. So lb. Weight gain is a known why.

Solid - at least you know why the weight fluctuated a bit. Any reason you dropped the dextrose? Just trying to go through your white bread?

To answer earlier question, extremely hungry! Worst part of CBL is the ulc days and pre lifting time. I get super hungry!

Interesting - I never get hungry during the pre lifting time - are you eating a 1:1 ratio of protein to fat pre-workout? The typical recommendation on the DH forum is 0.5g of fat and protein per lb of bw pre-workout

Yes but I'll see if I am doing that amount of food pre lifting. The funny thing is coming from IF I am fasting 4 hours less and I get way hungrier than I did doing leangains.

Wake up weight
233
Yesterdays calories
3320
173 F
209 c

Didn't hit protein yesterday. Shame on me. Did a slight back load since 2nd rest day in a row. Protein pancake chocolate milk followed by ice cream.
My fave pancake recipe, extremely versatile.
4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup oats

Makes 1 plate sized man pancake.

Do you have a local store that sells beer brewery supplies? That's where I got mine - cheaper than online
