Very disappointed in myself, cut down to 228 for vacation and I've just blown up since then. Oh well.
Will do 3 hiit sessions this week.
Several Coffees with heavy whipping cream.
4 pieces wright bacon
1.5 oz. Cheddar
1 string cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
Several green olives
Whey protein pwo
12 oz 90/10 burger with 1 egg 2 pieces wright bacon 1.5 oz cheddar on a bed of spinach with onion and tomato.
175 grams Brussels sprouts with a tbsp butter and lots of Parmesan cheese
.5 cup cottage cheese and a couple walnuts.
Exactly 30 net carbs.
40 carbs 10 fiber.
