Nice man. So you bought the dextrose, WPi, and leucine?

Not so much. Using BCAA for leucine have wpi and many samples of hydrolysate from the Arnold. Got some
0.88 white bread until I find dextrose.

Honestly man, I haven't been using dextrose, WPI, or bulk leucine - have been using BCAA intra workout and WPC post workout and have been getting outstanding results. I'd rather sub the dextrose cals for more food!

Yesterday. A lot to say.
Good training, pwo had 2 sliced white bread plus crazy pwo shake concoction. Major insulin spike. 40 minutrs later bagel with peanut butter and banana, insulin spike, bout an hour later chocolate rice crispy treat meatloaf mashed potatoes and carrots, insulin spike, then last meal 1 cup precooked jasmine rice.
so I had insulin spikes every time I ate carbs. I also way overshot my calories.
Ate way too much in ulc part of day.

Calories 4641
200 f
454 c
258 p

So upon waking I felt a little weird. Midsection felt tight and muscles felt full, like I just worked out full. The ones I trained yesterday anyway. So goal for today is to keep ulc calories low, and keep protein to about 240.

Oh yea, morning weight 234.8.

Sounds like insulin spike to me. You get almost a drunk feeling from it.

As far as the supps go on cbl. I feel that dextrose is pretty important. I put 15g of dext in my post workout shake with 5g creatine and it gets me all spiked up and ready to eat a bunch. Bulk dextrose is cheap as hell too, which is a bonus.

Haha. Sounds like the prep phase worked well for ya.
Austin- I actually haven't taken dextrose pwo. Only whey and creatine and sometimes caffeine. Its been working well so fat. I'm gonna pick up some today and see if it makes/ I feel a difference.

Fen- out of curiosity, what does the timing of your workout, pwo shake, and first backload meal look like?
