OK so switched to carb nite. This is day 5 of ulc. Been going well. Seems my body jumped into ketosis in literally no time at all. Been enjoying good foods, Caesar salads, lots of wright bacon, typically break fasts with 5 slices of bacon. Yum. Made a ground beef crust pizza, was good but I prefer chicken crust. Made an uber low carb "cheesecake," it was more of a chocolate flavored cream cheese but was good enough to crush sweet tooth. Killed a jar of naturally more peanut butter, love DAT stuff. My fave no carb dessert is some gainz cake with naturally more frosting on top.
So rich and decadent:
Scoop of isolate, egg, some walnuts, 2 T heavy cream, microwave, top with peanut butter, awesome.

Tomorrow is squat day and my first carb night. So excited. Plan is about 50g dextrose in pwo shake, a giant red beans and rice casserole, giant bowl of frosted flakes, oatmeal, lots of chocolate milk, peanut butter and jelly sammich, maybe doughnuts or ice cream, and some strawberries!

Keep us updated. I'm gonna attempt ULC + alcohol in Vegas this weekend. So hopefully when I come back I can Have a nice hefty backload/ carb nite before resuming lifting on sunday

Whew, so bloated! So my day did not go as planned, but what ever does?
Started out with 4 ears of sweet corn and 2 turkey sausage on bread and fruit salad.
Squat workout
Top set 300x11, PR!
Pwo shake had about 40 g. Dextrose. Dinner was zatarains red beans and rice with 4 Turkey sausages.
Giant bowl of cocoa puffs.
Giant bowl of frosted flakes.
Rice crispy treat and a peanut butter cookie.
My weight this morning was 232.6 we'll see what it does the next few days.

Thought I would drop the weight off quickly. Not so. Even still, belt is looser, I feel lean, and one guy even said to me, "keep taking those steroids and your balls will shrink." Endurance took a plummet today on dead lifts although I don't know if I could have pulled more reps anyway, 365x9.


Too much info warning!

Having lots of trouble with BM. Had no troubles on carb night. Gonna up fiber!

234.2 this morning. I'm really surprised how slow the carb night weight is coming off. At any rate the wife comments daily about good I look and how sexy I am.
So you guys remember how sexy I am.
I sexy.


Edit: according to the other carb niters slow weight loss is normal and you shouldn't weigh yourself until carb note again.
