4/15: Woke up weighing 170.6lbs
Crazy considering I ate ~450g carbs and 4k cals yesterday. Gonna keep it to 4k cals on training days and increase cals from 2500 to 3k on rest days.

Squats + accessory today!

Upping the ULC cals yesterday completely eliminated the hunger pangs and energy dip I had been getting on previous ULC days - considering my activity level outside of the gym (I'm a student so I walk around campus a lot), the 1g/ protein/fat per bw was just too low. Plus, with my high high volume routines, I feel like I can really take advantage of CBL via the G-flux principle (T NATION | G-Flux Redux)

Also, yes the husk is for fiber and I actually felt amazing yesterday when I took it - go figure. A happy colon is a happy body

4/17: CBL Day
Calories: 4008
Carbs: 451
Protein: 210
Fats: 156

Morning weight on 4/18: 172.2lbs and 31.5in waist
Was looking/feeling a little softer than usual this morning but I think it's due to two factors
1.) The inclusion of psyllium husk -> great for BMs, but I think I'm retaining a bit more water
2.) Instead of my usual frozen yogurt, I bought traditional ice cream (Breyer's Blasts! Birthday Cake is incredible BTW); I think the lack of active cultures and slightly higher fat/lactose content of traditional ice cream caused a bit of bloat

I'd like to find a good ice cream for cbl. I've read light or low fat ice cream is higher GI than regular because low fat or light means less good fat and more sugars/ fake sugars. Retarded right? On the cbl forum apparently some add dextrose to ice cream to make it higher GI.

Yeah, I found "full-fat" ice cream with only 4g of fat and 24 of carbs. That's considered low fat right? The fro yo stuff I was using before only had 2g fat per serving

Adding dextrose right lead to my teeth rotting out of my head :P j/k
