So last night was senior bar golf - I usually prefer liquor, but I ended up drinking a little over 6 beers last night - woke up looking kinda smooth/soft but it's likely water retention as I ate less than I usually do on ULC days. Yesterday was supposed to be a ULC day but I probably had ~60g net carbs (due to the beer).

Gonna crush some deadlifts today

Woke up feeling/looking a little softer than I would have liked today
Gonna cut carbs a bit during today's backload

Recently started incorporating white potatoes as another clean carb source
I think the popcorn is causing some bloat due to the fiber?
