For all those following along, I have a rookie keto question: Will 1 scoop of whey protein concentrate (23g protein, 2g fat, 4g carbs) throw me out of ketosis if I'm keeping my net carbs under 30g day?

3/21: Woke up this morning, day 5 of prep and I must be doing something right as my weight is 167.2!! Still eating ULC. So far, strength and energy in gym has been down, but I've been sleeping well and energy during the day has been decent.

3/23: woke up weighing 165.6 this morning. Looking and feeling lean. Although I may have accidentally goofed on ulc last night.

After the music concert I was at, I stopped at 7-11 and bought/ate 20 hot wings. Hey didnt have any sauce but the BBQ version tasted a little sweet. About five were BBQ (once again, no sauce).

Should I redo my prep phase? I tried looking everywhere and couldn't find reliable, consistent nutrition info for 711 wings.

Any tips? I'm debating just assuming I'm ok and continue with the prep phase without extending it. Thoughts?

I'm going to tackle prep phase week during deload week. I'm going to sprinkle in hi it cardio like keifer suggests for a shorter prep.

Decided to do Hiit just in case. 44lb kettleball swings. 1 minute hard/2 minutes rest for 6 sets. Do y'all think that's enough? Definitely left taxed.
