5/6: Morning Weigh in
Weight: 171.8lbs -> BLAH! Back down again

Luckily today it a CBL day post-OHD + accessory so I'll probably push it to the 3.8-4k range again.

In your first post you are 175. Please tell what gains you've made since 2/21.

My apologizes for the confusion fen - when I truely started CBL properly via performing the prep phase, I started the prep phase at ~173 and woke up after the first backload at 169.6lbs. Since then it's been a slow road as I believe I have underlying hormonal issues but I agree, 2 lbs in nearly 40 days (first official backload was March 28th) is wayyy too slow.

I'm working on it brother - as a former fatty and survivor of an eating disorder that nearly hospitalized me, food and weight manipulation is a challenge for me.

In terms of non bodyweight related effects, sleep has improved for the most part, recovery from my high volume workouts is insane, vascularity is up, and I appear to have recompped a bit.

No more playing around now, I NEED AT LEAST 3.8-4k per day. I am going to be 175 by the end of the month.

Was just curious thanks for sharing all that. Just wondering if you feel your cbl experience was positive or not. I truly feel IF is good for cutting and nothing else. I feel I'm gaining strength and hopefully recomping myself with cbl.

Yeah IF definitely shines for cutting and hunger suppression but for people who struggle eating in a condensed window, it's probably not ideal for bulking. I like to 12-14 hr fasting that comes with cbl. It's nice drinking coffee and coconut oil in the morning lol and eating a nice fatty lunch.

I've always kind of eating in a cbl style even when I ate IF-style but now that I'm more in tune and a but stricter with my pre workout and post workout choice I can definitely see this as a general approach towards eating indefinitely.

It seems like with cbl I can bulk with more cals and not gain weight as quickly lol. Then again this is my highest volume routine yet so carbs are definitely crucial for the program I'm running IMO.

Thanks for following along and asking questions brother
