Robzilla's Food Log
For Next season I need to be down to 230lbs to play LB, and I want to compete in that weight class for lifting. So my plan is to cut to 3500 calories to maintain a body weight of 230ish lbs. My plan is to have 4 small meals a day, I will be keeping track in this log to keep me motivated in my quest to dominate at MLB.

Food Log 1- October 4th
Over ate because I am use to eating a lot to maintain weight....So I am starting IF because if I do not eat then I can not over eat
8 am: 1 apple 1 water bottle
3pm: 1 slice of pizza every our
12pm: had 1 can of ginger-ale and 1 apple
8 am: 2 cans of coke to keep sweet tooth under control
ate seeds during the day when hungry
5pm: had a plate of seasoned french fries
8pm: had a piece of chicken 8oz
9am: 2 cokes in the morning
12am: the seeds were not helping so had some coke
Went to Niagara Falls for the day after training
6pm: had 5 slices of "The Meatore" with loaded Parm on it
7am: had 3 cokes in the morning
only had to eat seeds once today
4pm: had a meal at popeyes, so I'm done for actual food today:
11:30am had 4 slice of bread w/ butter
7pm: had 6 slices of pizza
I am confused by your log and your goals. I understand wanting to cut the cals to get down to 230 and that you are using IF as a plan. Are these logs complete? If so, what is the reasoning for next to no protein? I am just confused as to what you are trying to do.
I totally foget to add my protein shakes I have during the day
11 am: had some 5 pieces of chocolate
4pm: had MacDonald
I had 3 protein bars in here today, but today I decided to give my self a treat. my Body weight was 263lbs....this scaled work so I was happy, I lost 7lbs this week, next week my goal is to lose 8lbs
Got sick from Friday till Sunday with a sore throat and fever. Now my lung is acting up so if it gets worse I will get it looked up.
10am: had a protein shake(1 scoop Mutant Mass 1 Scoop Whey)
5pm: had a protein after work out (1 scoop Mutant Rehab 1 scoop createn)
7pm: had 6 slices of pizza( Italian sausage, pepperoni, cheese)
9pm: a protein shake(scoop of Mutant Mass and Whey)
17th couldn't eat in the morning started my new job at 7 am
12am: the owner of the house brought chicken and fries so i had 1 thig and 3 wings with a small amount of fries
8pm: had 6 slices of pizza(Italian sausage and pepperoni)
