Carb Backload Log
 
Did a lot of research on the method, read a lot of great logs with great results. Brian Carrol says he will never follow another method. The benefits, strength gains/maintenance, fat loss while cutting and little to none fat gains during bulk, great recovery.

First 7-10 days are 30g of fibrous carbs only prep. I will not be well liked next week!

Yeah i have never gone this low on carbs before, the first intital few days will be a challenge. Nothing i cant handle though!

The difficult part of keto is around day two or three when your body makes the switch into ketosis. You will have a foggy head, be irritable and quick to anger. Thereafter IF you are eating enough fats, you will feel better. If you don't eat enough fat, your body will convert protein to sugar for energy and you will feel like crap.

I am confused. I thought carb backloading wasn't keto. Or is it the prep part that you are talking about?
