Barbell Rows 4x6-8

Food: Red meat, orange juice, milk, eggs, 6 protein drinks (milk/honey/cream)

I sorta feel it lacks in the strength department, for my needs anyways, but seems like a great routine!

I was thinking about turning this week into a challenge. Maybe for an award medal on the site.

Take a week off from your normal routine and do these three workouts on the given days. If you complete them, you get the "Reg Park Award."

Anybody could do this if they understood the concepts behind this type of workout. You cannot just drop your split, and adopt this program without building in a signifigant deload first. Building your conditioning back up to the point where your working in the prime hypertrophy zone would take about 3 months. That is, if you were to actually use this type of program for an extended period.

Wholebody requires that you train for the conditioning needed to be able to put in the work for this type of session. That is why so many people fail at these programs. To use an analogy. Your a sprinter, and you run anywhere from 100's to 440's. You would not just enter a marathon, and go run it. You would have to train to run the marathon. Both races are running events, but you simply cannot just switch between both. The same is true for wholebody versus bodypart splits. This is the single concept that people fail to grasp. They just don't get it.
