Default 4 Month Iron Life Challenge

Results suck? Try the 4 month Iron Life Challenge:

Here are the 5 rules:

1) 70% of your sets must be with a barbell or dumbbell.
2) No body part splits.
3) Maximize every set - live for progression.
4) Eat a minimum of 150 grams of protein per day.
5) Run this program 4 months minimum.

I love the routine you posted inside this article. I was burned out, bored with, on my HLM routine. Bought your e-book and was thinking about paring away some of the the exercises in your over 40 low volume routine. Viola! You gave me the routine without my having to ask! Even better is that the routine is barbell dumbbell based which satisfies my needs as a garage lifter. The only "machine" I own is a 45 degree back extension. Thanks for posting this!

I am starting this program today - I am bored with my current 5x5 layoout. The only change will be the addition of some single - leg work on my off days. Thanks Steve- O!!
