Thanks Hunter
Had a tough time with balancing the bar. Have tendonitis in my wrist, Wore a wrist wrap to help but that made the strap hard to get set correctly, too much damn material.
Pulled the 405 6 times total, tried to get a better vid but first two had balancing issues third one couldn't hold on to the strap at the top the last two just ran out of pop out of the hole.

Take your pick Challenge up

I think Swede was referring to the 405 1 arm DL, maybe I'm mistaken.

My focus is switching back to training, challenges are great but the strength is built by day to day training.
