Its a "Dip" off!
 
Hey MAB! Here's another one for the record books. Inspired by Linedriver who outdipped his crossfit buddy and then Squatter who attempted dips for reps, Lets just have a Dip-Off!

This is a parallel bars type dip, chest or tricep either one.
*not bench dip* we are going full bodyweight on this one.

Thought I'd give this a go at the end of today's session, did first video but was a bit close and for all you know I could have been standing on a small person :)
So done a second one aswell.

Uh, I did a set of 15 the other day. :p But I am just getting back into them I guess, so hopefully I can post a better number than that, soon.

Bodyweight - er, probably - still around 95kg (~209lbs).


Nice going there, Mad Monk. And yeah, wicked tats as well.

15s a good number mate, wouldn't take long to improve on that if ye wanted to.

My best is BW (210) X20, but it was done as an accessory. Really curious to see what I could get fresh.

Forgot about this. Im dipping twice a week currently. Never fresh though. Will see what I can bust out.

Had a contest like this at a gym i used to go to but there was a 30 second time limit and you didn't have to lock out at the top. I got 50. ill give this a go on Friday after OHP.
