Not an official entry, I only used about 68% of body weight. But I wanted to play none-the-less

I tried these again today because I didn't take a camera for my previous effort. They weren't so good today - I was a lot more tired, so I was wobbling and bending a bit, and I didn't really pause at the top at all. Still, they were all locked out.

I had activated the special setting on the camera which makes me look like a tubby middle-aged man. I use it for amusement value, because in real-life, I'm pretty much identical to Steve Reeves.

13 reps today, 75% bodyweight, 161lbs (73 kg)



Edit to add: it looks like my legs might be bending, but I promise you that they aren't - the knees remain completely locked throughout.

Some great efforts in here.

Just so happened I was programmed to hit AMAP with 62.5kg after my other over head press sets today (BW is 110kg so this is approx. 57%). I've been meaning to video more lifts so this is an ideal opportunity.

BW = 110kg
Weight = 62.5kg (57%)
Reps = 17


I'm programmed to hit 55kg for AMAP next Friday so that will be my true entry for this challenge as it will be 50% dead on.

50% bodyweight (not leaving Babs alone) 140lbs x6. Goal was 15. Watch the left elbow to confirm lockout, angle isn't ideal. And notice my comfy Georgia boots. And notice my smooth, lean, cover model physique. And notice my shirt, which is certainly not too small. Pay no attention to the dream sequence and the sound in the vid faggishly going out.

My boots are comfortable. The rest of that is pretty much satire.
