I'm gonna jump on this Saturday.

Going to do moderate 140lbs. I doubt I can strict press 75% or 210lbs.

man I should've taken this challenge seriously. Still working on the vid (going to bed will post it tomorrow) but

BW = 195
75% = 147
Weight used = 148.5

I did my workout and THEN I did the challenge (doh!)

Set 1: 155 x 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 10 RP Rest Pause
Set 2: 175 x 1
Set 3: 148.5 x 5 BLAH!

Vid will be up later...I mentioned Muscle and Brawn challenge @ 1:46..... whole vid is like 11 minutes of my workout...gonna take a while to upload.

Gave this a go today and my shoulders were aching up after only 6 reps so called it a day. Guess I will lose this one pretty big time =) Weight used was 82.5kg.

Might give it a try fresh next week.
