Thanks, IWILL! The 5m is definate, ya see, I will not accept anything less from this nearly 52 year old body; it does not and will not have a choice, as my mind is the leader and sets the the conditions for it to succeed. It begins and ends in the head. I just need to improve the video quality, which I will work on in the next video.

The Video is now uploading, I will post it as soon as its finished, I promise.

5 minutes, 10 seconds, decline plank with room to spare. +2 minutes over last video.

Next is over 6 minutes--in next workout, should be no problem. My goal here is an outlandish 10 minutes. Do not wish me luck, it has nothing to do with it. But support is good!

Within my current workout routine, I do not do Planks, but I have been doing a variation of it: The Walking Renegade Rows. Its these, and the High rep Front Squat, and other parts of my routine which involve indirect core stability that is assisting this here.

I am also going to be posting and sharing new pics in my journal, at under 7% BF. Have a look see, if ya interested. I will let you know when. Ya, see life isn't over just because one is over a half century old.

Video should be up in a few minutes,

Thank you I Will. From this point I will progress from 1 to 2 minute increments, and do them on lower days, prior to beginning the workout, so my legs aren't the weakest link and take from the focus point of the exercise. Will be posting up another video soon, and again thanks!

This morning after the Lower Session, I did 7m 20s. I did it on a whim, cause I felt great and energetic after the session, but this does not count. My next video is going to be 8m goal point, with a video I promise. It will be couple of days: Some time around Tuesday or Wednesday, I promise! My Goal is still a 10m Incline Plank with video for credibility. Not going to have a problem at all...body has no choice in this situation, trust me on this.
