I think it's a twist on it See Norberg's hand in the image, when horizontal the palm faces down and not up as in yours. Hence the reason I start vertical and then the barbell falls across the body and then back up to vertical.

Still hard, I would imagine, done underhand as you did.

Okay. And, don't forget to try and use a similar hand height to Norberg as I'm sure it permits some better shoulder usage to come in to play; I think in the image he over-rotates slightly due to momentum, something that has to be begun to slow just prior to reaching horizontal and then back to vertical for the next rep.

They high hand position will definitely help. I remember he had a slight arm bend, but I was trying to keep it shoulder height and forgot his was higher.

Oh and I forgot, note he stands about 45 degrees on to it, not full on...that helps too; it's all in the details on this one.
