Thanks JB. A search of Youtube brought everything from a woman DB pressing to a guy doing Smith Machine declines to a Senior citizen lady failing on a 55lb Bench Press.

So essentially, it looks like a slight cross btwn a floor press, EZ bar Skullcrusher and an EZ bar close Grip Bench. At any rate, the video helps me understand what you are looking for.

Even when we find a vid on youtube, you usually do not know if the lift is being done right or not, which is why I always ask JB for the vid.
