Default Pulling Mechanics
by BendtheBar 11-12-2011, 08:49 AM

This is an excerpt from the Deadlift chapter of Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, 3rd Edition, available for prerelease sale very soon on the Starting Strength website only. It is the first part of an expanded explanation of some pulling mechanics topics they have been working on for the past few years.

Good stuff... same as Starting Strength 2nd but much more digestible. FYI, Ripp will be releasing another except on the press. Apparently he's changed things a bit; more or less an olympic press-lite.
