Your bulk is failing. You spent weeks planning your workouts and calorie intake, asking questions on the forums, and all it did was make you fat. Or maybe you’re not gaining weight at all.
What’s wrong? Good question, with two easy answers.
Reason #1 – You Aren’t Training Hard Enough
The first reason your bulk is failing is because you aren’t training hard enough. But, but, but…I am! No you’re not. You just think you’re training hard. 99% of the guys at the gym think they’re working hard. Let’s look at some reasons why your training is sub-par.

Thats a lot of great points steve! I really wish more people would listen to this part wBase your eating around your natural tendencies and needs, and not on the opinion of some guru. I think a lot of people lose sight of the end goal simply due to the fact their using a diet program they never wanted to use in the first place. The simple fact is you don't need to use any specific diet at all you just need to eat more of YOUR diet. What ever you diet consists of now just eat more of it. It's that simple!!!
