Lean AND Muscular: One Simple Rule

Lean AND Muscular: One Simple Rule

If you want a lean AND muscular physique, here’s one simple rule:

Lean & Muscular By The Numbers:

Biceps (flexed, cold) x 2 is greater than or equal to waist size (measured around navel).

So… if you’re got a 15 inch bicep and a 30 inch waist, you will look lean AND muscular.

If you’re got a 16 inch bicep paired with a 32 inch waist, you will look lean and muscular.

Obviously, if you can improve on that ratio you will look even more lean and muscular than most guys. A 17 inch bicep with a 31 inch waist will certainly draw some attention.

The internet is full of hot air bags claiming to have 18 inch biceps. But most of those guys have 38 inch waists.

A 16-inch arm does not sound impressive. But when paired with a 32 inch waist, it is.
