is this correct?
Josh: I got started because of my friends Billy Frasar and Phil told me about a wheelchair Bodybuilding contest in West Palm Beach, Fl which I competed in 1994 it was a great experience.
FoW: I know itís been a while, but do remember what your first workouts were like?
Josh: I started working out when I was 12 as far as the workout for competing has been the same in general like when I first started working out but just with more intensity.
FoW: You must be very dedicated to do that many shows. What drives you?
Josh: I like competing and entertaining people.
FoW: You took a break for a few years. Was this to build your quality and size?
Josh: No just needed a break plus no money to do it right now.
Fow: Whatís your favorite exercise?
Josh: Biceps curls, and Dips for Triceps.
FoW: Whatís the harder thing for you in the gym?
Josh: Nothing really that I can think of.
FoW: What kind of split do you do?
Josh: Biís and Triís
FoW: You have a lot of hardware. In comp prep are you a macro or cal counter?
FoW: What kind of foods do you eat during prep?
Josh: Brown Rice, Chicken, Egg whites, Tuna, Fish, Rice Cakes
FoW: On the hardware talk just what are the standings so far?
Josh: Not sure
FoW: When you started out did you or your family think this was possible?
Josh: yes I did and they did as well.
FoW: What would you tell a w/c person just starting out in bodybuilding?
Josh: To have fun and continue to do it as long as they are able. You will meet a lot of great people.
FoW: I personal know how hard it is to compete as a Natural w/c BBer, what has been your biggest hurdle?
Josh: Knowing that I am natural and that some of the other guys I have competed may not be, but I am not here to judge.
FoW: Do you think the type of chair you have changes your standings? Or should?
Josh: Yes to a point. I your back on your chair is high and the judges canít see you back all the way it may count some what against but I am not for sure.
FoW: With the new developments in the INBF and the Natural world in the w/c class, do you see yourself competing at tested shows more often?
Josh: I hope so if I have the money for all the expenses.
FoW: I know you havenít competed in 2010. Is there and plans or a show budged in your future?
Josh: Maybe next year in May at Natural show in Minnesota
FoW: I would like to thank you very much for taking the time for the interview and wish you all the best in your future.
Nice read Rich. You think me might compete in Minnesota?
Good interview Rich. I liked the vid as well. That first right side chest pose really showed some serious muscle.
I think he might do MN.
You? Should or the US Centrel as long as you have a card and the test will be good yet, and your cut up already.
Thanks guys. He is a great guy.
