Kre_Alkalyn Hardcore.

My personal experience. I love it. Like K-Otic but pre measured out.
Only draw back is if you like the great K-Otic flavors to drink you don't get that, but with the way it works I can go with out in a cycle.

I've heard a lot of people cramping bad on kre alkaliyn, do you have any of those problems?

Is that a hydration problem?

Cramping is most definitely a hydration issue. I don't think there's any science showing that creating itself causes cramping without dehydration.

100% right. There's to many people out there that never drink enough water even for a NON lifting life style.

The human body under normal conditions dehydrates/evaporates a gallon of water a day just threw talking and breathing.

Then they all cut sodium out also. BIG mistake. You want to flush sodium? Just drink more water.

Creatine is NO wonder drug/supplement. It's in many foods, just taking it as a sup just cuts down on eating a boat load of food and over eating just to stay saturated with it.

i take this on top of the original kre alkaline and i have no issues with cramping. it is from not drinking enough water.

I really like the thermogenic properties that the Hardcore has.

I switch personally between this and the pro version to keep the body guessing
