Ridiculous. Although, the concept is not new. There was a similar article in some muscle mag a few years back. I can't remember which one, I just remember seeing it. I skimmed over it, and it was just a routine that had 90% ultra-rep sets to just pump the muscle up like crazy spread out over 2 workouts, and a couple of sets at an astounding 75% 1RM....
They also mention the 1st measurement is taken cold, no flex. The "+1 inch" measurement comes after the 2nd session, all warmed up, and at full bicep squeeze to "maximize size"..
