Try the poor man's micro plates, 1lb wrist weights slip nicely over the olympic bar and can be had for around $5. Check Target, you want the kind that look like a weighted bracelet.

A decent workout. Not the best sleep this weekend. Was in the ER most of the night Thursday with my daughter, and the snowstorm this weekend had me up early shoveling and blowing snow.

Still advanced in weight, including the 20 rep squat. Microloading on most lifts. Squat is +5.

Military presses felt crazy easy.
