From the lack of response btb, ii'm assuming you've answered my question in your previous post. Still, i don't see the necessity of being so "scientific" dealing with carbs; one burns carbs, therefore, one needs to replenish carbs. However, i respect your advanced opinion and i will pay very close attention to carbs, on your most experienced advise. thank you.
