Default Week 1- workout 3- press

did some front squats tuesday, then had to leave because lifting partner was feeling sick

WORKOUT

Incline Bench- 135x8, 155x3, 165x6, 6, 6, 5

just did some squats so i dont have to do them tomorrow

Squat- 135x6, 225x3, 255x3, 275x2... just getting back into these

DB bench- 70x8, 70x6, 70x6

Tri push down- 70x8, 70x7, 70x6

not too bad need to improve on it next week, should be able too
