Felt awesome, love this workout style I feel I can work on my pullup form and thoroughly work my back muscles
K-otic was good today as usual. My stomach was bothering me before my workout but seems fine now.
1-Strength/Rep Increase- 9 everything seems to be moving up
2-Size/Weight Gains N/A
3-Sustained Workout Energy- 9 kept my energy throughout
4-Pumps- 9 dips and pullups got me swole!
5-Side Effects- 9 none really, stomach was a little queezy
6-Overall assessment- 9, still do not like the taste but a great product
