I remember being worried I couldn't do 135 on flat bench. Nowadays, I can press 135 up like it's an empty bar. In fact, a few weeks ago I wanted to see how long I could just keep doing it for. I stopped at 34 reps only because my phone started ringing and I knew I had to take the call....

If I only wasn't such a lush at times, I'd be doing PL meets by now probably..lol
