Bench press is going nowhere fast!!

This is awful, not good at all. Changed my assistance, but I think I am going to stick with 5/3/1 for one more cycle until my competition. I do not want to change anything being only 6 weeks out from competition.

I felt this a lot, really makes me push harder than when I actually bench. Going to keep these for a while and hope it helps.

These felt great on the triceps.
I am not getting much transfer from my dumbbell bench to my regular bench so I am going to take it out for a while and add in lower rep bench press off of pins. I think this will help my bench more.
K-otic was good today, I just cannot get used to the flavor I know some people like it but I just do not like. That is really not a big deal to me and does not effect how I feel about the product.
1-Strength/Rep Increase- 8 bench was not great, but everything else went well
2-Size/Weight Gains N/A
3-Sustained Workout Energy- 9 kept me focused throughout, bad benching kinda brought me down a little. Nothing k-otic could do for that
4-Pumps- 9 good pump in my chest, triceps, and a good bicep pump on bench press.
5-Side Effects- 9 none really, stomach felt fine today
6-Overall assessment- 9, still do not like the taste but a great product
