fun lil medly i did some time ago with light DBs.
Looked something like this
OH press, arnold press, side raises, front raises, rear delt flyes,
After that tri extensions, crucifix flyes and flat bench flyes.
Last is db row, bi curls, shrugs and highpulls.
10 reps of each movement, no rest between movements but break between sets.
