That gym they are training in looks great. I would like to properly lean how to snatch.
There are still ways to mimic some of the moves they do without doing the whole lift. Performing overhead squats is a humbling experience.
Try this. Take an empty bar, and with a snatch width grip do an overhead squat. Then in the down position, perform a BHNP.
I had worked up to being able to do 1x5@100 overhead squat. It makes you look a these guys with a whole new level of understanding for what they are doing.
Yes this type of listing is a huge CNS training event, but these guys are strong beyond what most people realize.
