These felt great, my upper back is really tight now, but I love it!

I wish there was a heavier stack to perform these on.
Awesome workout, short but intense and deadlifts felt great. Time to do some foam rolling.
Second day of k-otic was great really keeps me focused no jitters but great energy.
1-Strength/Rep Increase- 9 hit a PR today
2-Size/Weight Gains N/A
3-Sustained Workout Energy- 10 kept me focused throughout
4-Pumps- 8 not much of a pump, but low reps
5-Side Effects- 9 none really, almost puked but that was from the deads
6-Overall assessment- 9, note on the taste, I really do not like it. Today I mixed it with just a little water and threw down like a shot.
