Three days into Test Charge. I revamped my training in hopes to take advantage of the Test Charge, with the change I should be able to work everything twice a week.
Everything to date;
-Diet is right on track.
-No adverse side effects; no change in hunger, aggression, no low back pumps, sleep is normal.
-I do seem to be more focused.
-Lifts are going well, Rep Bench last night and was able to get 315 for 4 sets of ten. Going for 5 sets of 10.
