DAY ONE of the EDER program.
Going to start walking into the Eder program gently so as to be able to hit the ground running Jan 1st. That and I need to see how my Delts are going to react.
As I said in my own directions I am going very easy this week with it.
4x3@90 If there is any one aspect of this that will bury you, it is these.
5x5@135 A little twinge in my right thigh, nothing serious.
5x5@90 Barely working. I was doing these at 205 before.
2x10@45 So far these are feeling pretty good.
1x25@45 I have to go very easy here so as to spot any issues.
Since I had gone light on a few aspects I did 3xBW super set wide chins, and chest dips as well.
All in all this was a great workout. It delivered what I had intended. I have done a very similer workout before so it was not totally new to me. I just haven't worked this hard in several months. IT FELT GOOD!!
When I get up to full speed with this puppy there will be no stopping. I may runover a few of the youngsters. Hey, I'm old and need glasses, don't get in my way.
