awesome GL!!! cant wait for the others. i'm liking the first routine but i'll wait to see the others as well.

I think anyone doing this challenge should start a new log with their username in the title and the person who inspired the routine

ex. SO's Reg Park inspired Fullbody log

then link everyone's log who's doing the challenge into the first post in this thread
