Thanks for sharing! This looks great for those starting out with the 5/3/1 program. I think once you've done a couple cycles of 5/3/1 it becomes pretty easy.

There is also an excel spreadsheet floating around the web that helps calculate the main lifts and tracks your progress. I'll try and find the link to it.
